Welcome to the HSM Ringette 2010-2011 Registration page!
Get ready for an exciting year of Ringette here in the St. Margaret's Bay area! This year we've made enhancements to several of our programs - offering more ice time, more development, and more opportunities for your child to have fun while they improve their ringette skills.
Registration is available July 15 until August 25, 2010.
You can register by mail, drop off, or walk-in at our Registration Night on August 22nd at St. Margaret's Center from 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Here's what you need to do to register by mail:
1. Fill in the Registration form & submit payment.
Attach either:
· payment in full with a cheque or money order (cheque can be dated September 1, 2010);
· or attach two equal post-dated cheques - one dated September 1, 2010 and the other dated October 15, 2010.
2. Fill in the Medical Form and submit it with your registration.
3. New this year! Submit the Jersey Deposit by attaching a cheque for $50.00, post-dated for April 30, 2011. Cheques will only be cashed if jerseys are not returned by April 30th, 2011. We've had lots of challenges over the years trying to retrieve player jerseys at the end of the season. Invariably, some are never recovered. The deposit will help us to ensure any jerseys that aren't returned can be replaced.
4. Submit all forms and payments before August 25th to:

Forms and payments can also be addressed and dropped off at the St. Margaret's Arena information desk.
Fees
The 2010-2011 season will start earlier than usual, with team selection beginning in early September. We are pleased to announce that we have secured additional ice time at both SMC and the new Hammonds Plains 4 Plex. This will allow us to manage our organization’s growth, offer better practice times, and implement more development opportunities for players.
Here is our 2010-2011 fee schedule:
U-9 (Bunnies): $325.00 - Our enhanced U9 program offers players more on-ice instruction and a dedicated program manager. Ice time is one hour weekly, plus one hour every second week.
U-10 (Novice): $450.00 - One game and one practice per week.
U-12 (Petite): $450.00 - One game and one practice per week.
U-14 (Tween): $450.00 - One game and one practice per week.
U-16 (Belle): $450.00 - One game and one practice per week.
U-19 (Junior): $450.00 – U19 will have weekly games, and a weekly practice (with the Open team).
Open (18+): $325.00 - Open team will now have a weekly practice with the U-19 group.
The HSM Open team is the reigning Nova Scotia 'B' Division Open Champs!
Family Discount: Those families registering more than 2 players will receive a 10% discount on each additional registration.
Dedicated Goalies: for levels U12 and above, the annual fee is $250.00

Our Cancellation Policy is:
- 100% refund prior to first practice
- 80% refunded prior to October 31st
- 60% refunded prior to November 30th
- 50% refunded prior to December 31st
- No refund after December 31st
Returned Cheques:
Please note there will be a $25.00 charge for NSF cheques.
