HSM Successes
St. Margaret's U12 Ringette Bring Home the Hardware! The Ice Dogs won the silver medal at the Annual Sackville Christmas Tournament and more recently won silver at the COLT Tournament in Dartmouth. The girls played a fast and furious game against Bedford which required overtime to decide. The Ice Dogs are proud to bring another silver medal home to the association. Great Job Girls!
At the 35th Annual Sackville Christmas Ringette Tournament (Dec 27-28) the U14C Bazooka Babes finished with a silver medal after narrowly losing to Sackville with a score of 2-1. Congratulations to the girls and coaches for some exciting ringette games.
HSM U12 Teams Sweep Medals in PEI
The 2009 Ringette season is officially underway and the HSM U12 girls were greatly represented, once again. at the Montague Early Bird Tournament on Nov 20-23 in PEI. Both teams played undefeated to make in into the gold medal game. After a fast and physical game the Ice Dogs came out winning the gold and there equally talented counterparts, the Jaguars, won the silver. Friends off the ice, adversaries on, they always put on a good show.
HSM U10 Ice Devils Bring Home the Gold
The HSM Ice Devils brought home the gold medal from the Montague Early Bird Tournament on Nov 20-23 in PEI. The U10 team won 12-10 in a very close championship game against the HSM Lightening Bolts. Congratulations and well done to both teams!
